Position Overview: As an AI & Machine Learning Specialist for the “Human War Journal”, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of advanced technology to streamline our validation process. By developing and refining an AI model for case validation, you’ll be contributing significantly to our mission, ensuring authenticity while enhancing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. AI Model Development:

    • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models tailored for case validation.
    • Continuously refine and optimize models based on feedback and results.

  2. Data Analysis & Processing:

    • Analyze available data to determine best strategies for AI training.
    • Pre-process data to make it suitable for machine learning, ensuring its integrity and relevance.

  3. Collaboration with Validation Team:

    • Work closely with the Cases Validator team to understand their needs and challenges.
    • Implement solutions that seamlessly integrate AI insights into the validation process.

  4. Performance Monitoring:

    • Regularly evaluate the performance of the AI models, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
    • Make necessary adjustments based on feedback and changing requirements.

  5. Stay Updated & Research:

    • Keep abreast with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
    • Research and implement innovative solutions to improve the project’s AI capabilities.

  6. Documentation & Training:

    • Document AI processes, models, and outcomes clearly for team understanding.
    • Provide training to relevant team members on utilizing AI-driven insights.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in AI and machine learning model development.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and preprocessing techniques.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and platforms relevant to the project’s needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse, remote team.
